February Art Challenge: Word "Bubble"
The background shows a rainforest, something that people imagine when thinking of our planet. However, the polaroids show the cruel reality. Animal species suffering and dying from pollution and lack of habitat. Plants and smaller lives like insects becoming extinct as well thereby changing our agriculture and how the planet functions.
This word started to lead me down a rabbit hole of thought. I wanted to make the thought of soap bubbles and cleaning have a deeper meaning. The topics stemming from this art challenge remind me to make conscious choices and to spread awareness so that those who can do more, can do more.
This spring/summer I look forward to putting out water and flowers for the bees, butterflies, birds & bugs.
